Violations: Lo mein at the Mongolian grill was 49F. Should be below 41F at all times. Operator removed immediately.

There were no dates on any food at all in the walk in storage. All foods prepared in the facility shall be date marked with date of preparation or use by date.

All reach in coolers had no thermometers. Provide thermometers in all cooling units as required.

The pipe under the food preparation sink at the door to one of the walk in coolers is broken. Repair as needed.

Observed mold on the serving bowls on the shelves. These are supposed to have been washed. Wash again to remove mold prior to using. Be sure to wash, rinse and sanitize as you should.

All the shelves in the operation need to be cleaned. Remove aluminum foil and clean to remove old dirt and rust. Clean all the shelving in the walk in coolers to remove coating of dirt.

There was no sanitizer in any of the three compartment sinks. Serving bowls were not being sanitized. Run through the dish washer or sanitize in the three compartment sink as required.

The floors especially in the dish room are not being cleaned. Very dirty at this time. Clean as you go.

Comments: Correct above violations for reinspection, 2 weeks.
