Violations/comments: Repeat observation: boxes of food stored on the floor of the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer.
Critical violation: observed built-up food residual on top interior portion of microwaves. Observed dish racks that have a black residual build-up and are not able to be thoroughly cleaned, as well as build-up on prep cooler doors and food debris in the bottom of the prep cooler. Observed no hand washing signs posted at hand washing sinks in restrooms to be used by employees. Observed a black residual build-up on caulking around the dishwashing machine and on FRP wall behind the dishwasher and below equipment. Observed a build-up of dirt and debris along floors and underneath equipment throughout the facility. Observed a build-up of dust and debris on shelving in the kitchen.
