Violations/comments: Observed food in packaging that does not appear to protect it from contamination. Observed dented cans in storage area, one of the cans had rust covering the can. Observed improper storage of wiping cloths. Observed wet wiping cloths stored directly on stainless steel surface behind deli counter. Observed (corrected during inspection) TCS foods were not being held at proper temperature. Observed whole roasted chickens being stored in hot holding equipment that was not holding the internal temperature of the chicken correctly. Observed (corrected during inspection) Refrigerated, ready to eat TCS foods held refrigerated for more than 24 hours were not properly date marked. Observed pepper stuffing that was in walk-in cooler that was dated over a month before the day of inspection. Observed packaged candy on bottom bins on entire bottom rack close to entrance labeled on site with missing ingredient and allergen declaration. Equipment is not approved by recognized testing agency. Observed roaster that was being used to cook potatoes that was not recognized as a commercial unit. Observed heavily scored cutting boards in the meat preparation room Observed food contact surfaces or utensils dirty. Observed food residual build up on the ceiling of the microwave. The physical facilities are not being maintained in good repair. Replace ceiling with same material non FRP. Observed unnecessary or nonfunctional items in back storage area on ground. Examples of items included random cardboard boxes and decorations lying around back aisle of storage area.
