Johanna Albertsson, a spokeswoman for the Irvine, Calif. chain, said Taco Bell will open a new store at the location in the first quarter of 2015.
As we told you in May, it plans to build a 2,100-square-foot, 54-seat restaurant.

Earlier this year, the company relocated its restaurant on Kettering Boulevard near West Dorothy Lane in Moraine to a larger, refurbished former bank branch across the street.
