The film Dayton movie buff says SHOULD win the Oscar, but WON’T

Like many who have seen it, Jonathan McNeal, a film buff and the manager of the Neon movie theater,  130 E. Fifth St. in Dayton, said he loved "La La Land."

"I am still humming the tunes all the time," he said of the modern musical nominated for an Academy Award for Best Picture.

Still, he says he is a champion of smaller movies up for that same award.

McNeal explains his decision in the video above.
