The NOLA New Year’s Eve, as you can likely deduce from the title, features an assortment of New Orleans-style dishes, like seared polenta cakes, dark roux gumbo, oysters on the half shell, crawfish and andouille sausage, and many other delectable southern delicacies.
“We want all of our guests to roll into 2020 with high spirits and hope for what’s to come,” said Emily Mendenhall, owner of Lily’s Bistro. “Our NOLA New Year’s Eve Dinner offers diners a delicious way to reflect on the past year and look forward to the new.”
This will be Lily’s seventh year hosting a premium, 5-course dinner menu made up entirely of festive specials to ring in the new year. They will be offering a more expansive and specially-priced champagne and sparkling wine list for New Year’s Eve as well, and the dinner menu and cocktail menu include nods to Mendenhall’s former home of New Orleans.

After indulging in the 5-course dinner, guests are encouraged to stay for a midnight champagne toast to the New Year, included in the price of the event.

The New Year’s Day Brunch will feature Lily’s brunch menu, which is usually limited to weekends only, and also offer $5 mimosas all day long.

“Having spent a number of years there, New Orleans boasts incredible flavors,” Mendenhall said. “What better way to party into the new year than by celebrating the cuisine of a city known for partying?”
