No, it’s not what you think. There will be no cheesy ice breakers uttered at Fifth Street Brewpub’s inaugural Ice Breaker Fest on Saturday, Jan. 18.

Instead, attendees can expect to indulge in four different varieties of their flagship Ice Breaker IPA while reveling in the best aspects of the season with an ice luge and ice carving on the patio.

Fifth Street Brewpub in Dayton will be hosting their inaugural Ice Breaker Fest on Saturday, Jan. 18.

“Ice Breaker Fest is a great celebration of a lot of the things we all love about the brewpub,” said Tanya Brock, general manager at Fifth Street Brewpub said. “There’s the delicious Ice Breaker IPA, getting some winter time fun out on the patio and spending time with the community that makes up our co-op, neighbors and customers.”

Along with the standard Ice Breaker IPA, the Ice Breaker Fest will also have tappings of a Kveik, Double Dry Hopped, Passion Fruit and White Peach variant.

“Winter fun doesn’t have to stop at Christmas,” said Brock. “Throw on a scarf and come join us for a pint and some fun, both inside and out!”
