💙Land of Illusion benefit concert
Land of Illusion Adventure Park is hosting a benefit concert this Friday beginning at 7 p.m. Cash donations will be accepted and given to the Salvation Army for distribution to those affected by the tornadoes. You can also bring non-perishable food items, which will be given to the Dayton Food Bank.
End the evening by watching STP2 and Thunderstruck (AC/DC tribute band) rock out on the Stage of Rage.

💙North Dixie Drive screening and benefit
The 9-year-old documentary about North Dixie Drive was the first film made by “Brainiac: Transmissions After Zero” director and former Daytonian, Eric Mahoney. Some of the people featured in the documentary lost everything, business and homes. The screening’s organizer Shelly Hulce said Mahoney grew up there and his wife’s family also lives there and lost everything during the Memorial Day tornadoes.
“Beyond working on their own things, they’ve (Mahoneys) been out there serving their other neighbors. They’ve been thinking more of the other people than themselves,” Hulce said.
Admission is a $5 donation at the door to watch the movie and DVD copies of “North Dixie Drive” will be on sale for $10 a piece. 100 percent of proceeds from the evening go to Northridge Relief.

💙The Trolley Stop relief fundraiser
Many people affected by the tornadoes did not have insurance for homes, cars and rentals that were damaged or destroyed. Here is your chance to help out. The Trolley Stop will have dollar per pint matches, live auctions all week and raffles to help raise money for the uninsured. Go have a pint or two and help them make a difference.

💙Waffle House fundraiser
Head over to the Waffle House on Needmore Road on Monday for their “Tornadoes to Toys” fundraiser. From 2 to 9 p.m. a percentage of sales will go to buying new toys for children that have been displaced in Northridge. Two large barrels will also be placed inside the Waffle House, where guests can donate new or lightly used toys.

💙Blues, Bikes and Brews
Rip Rap Roadhouse in Dayton is planning an all-day music festival to raise funds for those affected by the tornadoes. The event is scheduled for Sunday, June 30, from noon to 10 p.m., with a rain date set for Aug. 4. Some of the best talent from the Miami Valley will be performing, and every dollar raised at this event will go directly to someone in need. Tickets are $20.
Music acts include the Doug Hart Band, Cherry Lee & The Hotrod Hounds, and Brothers in Arms.
