Lock 27 Brewing and the Dayton Girls Pint Out, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to build a community of women who love craft beer, want to see for themselves just how much heat the woman of Dayton can handle.

There is a $10 entry fee at the door for participants, which includes a pint, peppers and a tip. Winners can look forward to some “sweet swag,” according to the organization.
Men are certainly welcome to join to cheer on contestants and throw back a few pints themselves, but participation in the pepper-eating contest is limited to ladies only.
