This Wednesday, Salar Restaurant and Lounge will be hosting a special Paella on the patio event.
Salar's patio is private and one of the best in the district.
The four-course wine dinner in this setting is sure to be very special.
The wine dinner will start with a tray of Spanish specialties like Manchego cheese and marcona almonds paired with the Naveran Cava 2016.
Eventually the courses will make their way to Salar Executive Chef and owner Margot Blondet's classic back patio paella featuring shrimp, mussels, scallops, calamari, chicken, pork tenderloin, chorizo and more with the Carlos Serres Pioja Reserva 2012.
Cost is $69 per person, which excludes tax and gratuity. The full price is $87.98, which includes tax and gratuity. The four courses will all be paired with special Spanish wines.
Course 1: Naveran Cava 2016 paired with a tray of Spanish specialties including aged Manchego cheese, marcona almonds, jamon serrano and tortilla de patatas.
