Here’s how organizers describe the event:
“This unique informational and shopping experience features everything from spices and seasonings, textiles and dishes, to pots, pans and housewares, all under one roof. Highlighting chefs, foodie bloggers, cooking techniques and unique kitchen and gift items, ‘Around the Kitchen’ focuses on food and making the home a warm and inviting place, all branching out from the kitchen.”

Among the special presenters on the convention center’s main stage will be James Beard Foundation award-winning chef Anne Kearney, chef and co-owner of the former Rue Dumaine. Kearney is scheduled to give a presentation at noon on Sunday, Nov. 5.
Tickets are $10 and are available at the door. Doors open at 10 a.m. both Saturday and Sunday. Proceeds from ticket sales benefit ThinkTV, public television in Greater Dayton.
