“It’s important that we get beyond the $2.1 million goal. If we did that we could help our neighbors get out of the predicament they’re in. The problem gets worse every year,” campaign Chairman David Lippert said.
This year’s goal is $350,000 lower than last year’s campaign, which garnered just more than $2 million.
