Child harm organization: replica guns should never be toys

If your son or daughter has asked for a realistic toy gun this year, you may want to rethink your holiday shopping.

W.A.T.C.H. (World Against Toys Causing Harm, Inc.) has released their list of 2015's most dangerous toys, and foam dart guns are at the top.

“In today’s world, there is no excuse for outfitting children with realistic toy weapons designed to produce potentially dangerous and unnecessary thrills,” the list says.

W.A.T.C.H goes on to say that detailed replicas have caused a number of deaths, and should “never be sold as toys.”

A small, foldable trampoline, Jurassic Park velociraptor claws, and pull-along baby toys also made the list.
