“Saturday night, my amazing wife threw me the most incredible 40th birthday party I could imagine! So good to be surrounded by family and loved ones. I had the time of my life. I'm so grateful. And the photo booth? The greatest of all time (in the Instagram era, that's like 90% of party planning, right?),” Legend wrote on Instagram.

Among those who posed with the Springfield native born John Stephens were wife Chrissy Teigen, mother-in-law Vilailuck Teigen, mom Phyllis Stephens, dad Ronald Stephens Sr., brother Ronald Stephens II and sister Phyllis “Missy” Stephens.

Based on photos posted to Instagram, the Stephens family looked just as glamorous as a list of party guests that included Kim Kardashian West and  her husband Kanye West.

His mom Phyllis looks particularly striking in a white headpiece, don’t you think?
