TROY – Bail of $1 million was set Tuesday in Miami County Municipal Court for a Sidney man charged with felonious assault and aggravated robbery in a Saturday night incident Troy in which two men were shot.

Cullen Inderrieden, 19, faces two counts of felonious assault and two counts of aggravated robbery in cases filed by Troy police. He pleaded not guilty Tuesday.

Two men, ages 17 and 18, were taken to Troy Hospital by private vehicle after they reportedly were shot while in a car with two other men in the parking lot of an apartment complex off Stonyridge Avenue, according to initial Troy police reports.

The 17-year-old had three gunshot wounds to the thigh and abdomen while the 18-year-old had one wound in the hip area, the report said. The 17-year-old remained hospitalized at Kettering hospital.

One of the men told police the four had come to Troy from Chillicothe for a marijuana deal with a man known as “Lucifer”

The man met the car in the parking lot, sat in the car and smoked with them before exiting, saying he needed to get his money. The man then allegedly pulled out a gun and shot into the vehicle as the driver, realizing what was happening, started an attempt to get away.

Police identified the suspect through a Snapchat account. Inderrieden was arrested Monday in Sidney

Inderrieden’s preliminary hearing was set for Tuesday, March 23, before Judge Samuel Huffman.
