Power restored to most in Greene County

Power has been restored to the majority of the 2,900 AES Ohio customers who were without service early Wednesday afternoon.

As of 2:05 p.m., AES Ohio was reporting 21 outages in the county. The majority of the outages were in the Xenia area, according to the company’s outage map.

An outage affecting 1,461 customers in Xenia was reported just after noon, according to AES Ohio. By 1:20 p.m., a total of 2,900 customers were without service in Greene County.
