A 911 caller told dispatchers his cousin was shot three times and hit in the arm, side and leg, according to dispatch records.
The caller did not know the shooter.
A woman also called 911 and said her 19-year-old son called and said he had been shot.
It’s not clear if a suspect has been identified.
