Bellbrook’s Blue Berry Cafe closes after staff COVID case

The Blue Berry Cafe in Bellbrook will be temporarily closed after a staff member tested positive Wednesday for the coronavirus.

The cafe at 72 Bellbrook Plaza announced its closing plans Wednesday night on social media.

The employee last worked Saturday and showed symptoms on Tuesday.

“For your own safety and those around you, if you dined with us on Saturday we are suggesting you get tested,” the cafe posted on its Facebook page.

The cafe already was to be closed on Thanksgiving. While the eatery is closed, it will be cleaned and sanitized.

Reopening details will be announced later.
