Grand jury declines to indict man in Dayton stabbing

A Montgomery County grand jury declined to indict a 28-year-old Dayton man in connection to a stabbing.

Derrick Glover had been accused of stabbing a man April 8 in an apartment lobby in the 100 block of Melba Street.

He initially was charged with two counts of felonious assault in Dayton Municipal Court, but the grand jury ignored both charges, according to the grand jury report.
