Around 9 a.m. a SWAT crew attempted to serve a warrant connected to a domestic investigation.
Police confirmed around 2:30 p.m. that they had entered the house and were executing the search warrant.
At first law enforcement believed the suspect was not in the house, but he was later found during the search, police said.
He was taken into custody on warrants for domestic violence and strangulation, they said.
