“There was no one home at the time of the fire and there were no injuries,” Riverside Fire Chief Daniel Stitzel said.
The mobile home is a total loss to the contents and the structure, he said.
“The cause of the fire is being listed as undetermined due to the extent of the damage and multiple electrical possibilities, which cannot be ruled out,” Stitzel said.
The resident will stay with a friend, he said.
Riverside firefighters were aided by fire crews from Dayton, Huber Heights, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and Harrison Twp.
