A 32-year-old Jefferson Twp. man was indicted Tuesday on numerous sex offenses.

Christopher Lee Harvell, 32, is charged with five counts of rape, five counts of sexual battery and one misdemeanor voyeurism count, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

The sexual abuse was alleged to have happened May 2, according to court documents.

Harvell was ordered to appear Aug. 11 for his arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
