Emergency crews responded to the first block of Lexington Avenue at 11:44 p.m. after callers reported hearing gunshots, according to Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center records.
One caller reported hearing multiple rounds of gunfire and seeing three males running west on Lexington Avenue.
Another man called 911 and said he was shot in the back, according to dispatch records.
