Officers and medics were dispatched shortly before 8 p.m. to the 8100 block of Bellefontaine Road on a report of a single-occupant motorcycle crash, according to the Huber Heights Police Division.
Bellefontaine Road in the area of the crash changed elevation due to a resurfacing project.
Adams encountered a depressed portion of roadway, followed by another depressed portion of road when he lost control and was thrown from the motorcycle, according to a crash report filed Tuesday.
Adams was pronounced dead at the scene.
