Suspect robs Dayton Circle K with a machete

Police are investigating after a man with a machete robbed a Circle K in Dayton.

The robber made off with about $50 early Saturday from the store at 727 Shroyer Road, according to the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center. It is unclear whether anything else was taken.

The clerk was not hurt but was shaken in the robbery reported at 12:55 a.m., according to reports.
