A 54-year-old Washington Twp. man was indicted Friday on more than a dozen charges accusing him of creating and possessing child pornography.

Kirk A. Himmelberg is scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 24 on 18 felony charges in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

He was arrested Sept. 2 by Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies and booked into the Montgomery County Jail but is no longer in custody, jail records show.
