Another business is moving to Austin Landing, becoming the 12th of this building’s tenants

Austin Landing’s Enterprise Place, a four-story structure on the mixed retail use complex’ west side, will soon be at capacity, according to Austin Landing’s developer.

VisCap Development said the last available space at that site in Miami Twp. was taken when Kingsgate Logistics agreed last week to occupy 2,550 square feet at Enterprise Place, one of four of Austin Landing’s office buildings.

The West Chester Twp.-based firm plans to locate 25 new employees at the site, adding to Austin Landing’s nearly 2,500 jobs. The new office will primarily house sales representatives who live in the Dayton area, according to the company.

Current tenants of Enterprise Place, according to Austin Landing’s website, include: Clark Schaefer Hackett & Co., Eubel Brady & Suttman Asset Management, Financial Engines, Merrill Lynch, Sinclair Applied Technology Center, Sogeti USA, ThyssenKrupp, USI Insurance Services, Voya Financial, Wells Fargo Advisors and Wells Fargo Bank.
