A Washington Twp. engineering firm appears to have plans to move to Austin Landing.
Civil Engineers of Southwest Ohio Inc. is seeking a building permit for more than 15,000 square feet of office space at the Miami Twp. mixed use development, Montgomery County records show.
County records filed by CESO show plans for more than $500,000 in remodeling for the third flood of Progress Park Tower, 3601 Rigby Road.
CESO employs more than 100, but it is not immediately known how many jobs would be impacted. Documents filed Tuesday with the county indicate the Austin Landing “building or tenant space” is designed for 157 occupants, with plans to add space for 152 more.
The firm has an office on Yankee Street in Washington Twp.
It also has “full-service offices” in Akron, Columbus, Lansing, Mich., Pittsburgh, Pa., St. Marys, W. Va., Nashville, Tenn., Orlando, Fla., and Bentonville, Ark., “and several more planned for the near future.”
