We will see some wind gusts as high as 31 mph and a chance of snow showers before dawn today, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

Clouds will gradually clear as the day goes on, and temperatures will only rise a few degrees from overnight to a high of around 32 degrees.

Overnight, skies will be mostly clear, and we will see some breezy winds as temperatures fall to around 27 degrees, although wind chills will make temperatures feel like they are in the upper teens.

By morning on Thursday we will see some more clouds, with highs rising to around 42 degrees. Skies will mostly clear just before nightfall, but then rise again gradually throughout the night.

Overnight temperatures will fall to around 26 degrees. Breezy winds will continue throughout Thursday before lightening on Friday.

On Friday, skies will be partly sunny, with a high near 33 degrees. The NWS predicts that after night falls, clouds will continue to break up as temperatures fall to around 19 degrees.
