Bar Granada is part Spanish deli, part European cafe, Pelnar said when the business opened.
“For those who have been to Spain, we are aiming to remind you of that experience,” Pelnar said in mid-2018, when the tapas bar launched its initial build-out. “We are bringing in the flavors of a traditional Spanish kitchen,” including garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, fresh seafood, Iberico ham, house-made Sangria, and Spanish beers.
