The city of Centerville is expected to take action on several items, according to the agenda for Monday’s council meeting, including a vote that would extend the city’s marijuana cultivation, processing or dispensing moratorium within the city for another year. Final development plans for phase four of the Cornerstone development are also expected to be discussed.

Also expected to be discussed and voted on are the final development plans for Cornerstone of Centerville Phase IV. In March, the city and developer were at odds with a key feature of the development: a community park.

Centerville’s council meeting is scheduled for May 15 at 7:30 p.m. at 100 West Spring Valley Road.
