Coroner Identifies Burned, Dismembered Body

The Montgomery County Coroner's office has identified the remains of a man found burned and decapitated outside a Dayton church.

The victim is 35-year-old Frank Ragland. Investigators notified his family in Alabama. According to police, Ragland has no known address in the Dayton area. However, investigators said he has connections to Springfield in Clark County.

A church's minister found the body on Monday when he arrived at the Way of the Cross Gospel Ministries on Hoover Avenue.
