During his arraignment Tuesday morning, Moore pleaded not guilty to the charges.

He is scheduled to be back in court Jan. 15 for a scheduling conference.

On Nov. 28, Moore shot at a car while driving by a Kenwood Avenue home, according to the prosecutor’s office.

David Blane, 30, was in the car with his infant child and another man during the time of the shooting.

Both men were shot and taken to Miami Valley Hospital, where Blane died shortly after arriving.
