Car hits school bus in Huber Heights, takes off

We’re told there were 15 children on the bus when the accident occurred about 4:10 p.m. The bus had just left Monticello Elementary School, in the 6500 block of Alter Road.

The children have been loaded onto a second bus, the sergeant said.

It’s not immediately known whether the driver was injured, but the sergeant said the driver probably will be cited for failure to control a motor vehicle.
