A Dayton man has been indicted in Warren County on charges stemming from a high-speed pursuit and foot chase on Dec. 10 that ended in Franklin.
D’Vonte R. Barnes, 18, is charged with failure to comply with a police officer’s order, receiving stolen property and obstructing official business.

Barnes and a 15-year-old boy were arrested following a three-mile chase that started on Interstate 75 and continued on Ohio 73 into the city of Franklin at speeds exceeding 100 mph before the allegedly stolen vehicle crashed.
The case against the 15-year-old, also a Dayton resident, is filed in Montgomery County Juvenile Court.
