A 33-year-old Dayton man is facing multiple sexual assault charges, including rape.

Robert E. Harrison will be arraigned Tuesday on three counts of rape; three counts of sexual battery; four counts of gross sexual imposition; and two counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report released Friday.

The indictment indicates the alleged victim is known to Harrison.

He has been held in the Montgomery County Jail since Dayton police arrested him Oct. 25 at his home.
