Antonio Alstork, 24, has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of murder, according to the release.
Investigators had been looking for the suspect since the shooting happened and he was located and arrested today around 10:45 a.m., according to the release.
Evidence will be presented in the next several days to the prosecutor’s office for official charges to be filed against Alstork, according to the release.
The fatal shooting remains under investigation and the sheriff’s office asks that anyone with information should contact the sheriff’s office at (937) 225-4357.

The man shot on Republic Drive late Friday night has succumbed to his injuries.
He was identified as 36-year-old Michael A. Binegar of Dayton by the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office.

Two young mothers in a Harrison Twp. complex are concerned about gun violence after a second shooting happened just this week.
Dajhia Smith and Brianna Patterson just walked down Republic Drive not long before the shooting that happened just before 11 p.m. Friday. They said the street was quiet with no one outside. By the time they returned from a quick trip to the store, they found out someone had been shot.
“It’s scary,” Smith said. “I have a little boy and I’m scared for him to grow up out here.”
Patterson, the mother of two young sons, agreed. “I’m scared to bring my kids outside.”

A gunshot victim was taken to a local hospital tonight.
Yellow crime scene tape is up blocking the area around a black PT Cruiser on Republic Drive near Embassy Place, and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s deputies are on scene. The gunshot victim was reportedly found inside the car.
