Four people were arrested and booked at the Shelby County Jail:
- Charlie R. Browning, 46, of Sidney, charged with felony drug possession
- Catie Donson, 22, charged with drug abuse, a misdemeanor; she also had two unrelated outstanding warrants;
- Kurtis K. Large, 22, drug abuse and endangering children, both misdemeanors;
- Jessica N. Schlegel, 18, endangering children, a misdemeanor.
Additional charges are likely, police said.
