Judge Jeannine Pratt said an intoxicated Nathan Dotson, 35, for no justifiable reason “cold cocked” a 55-year-old woman in front of children and relatives in Tipp City on Dec. 25.

“The facts are reprehensible,” Pratt said. “Guess who will remember this for the rest of their lives? Those children — they will have that memory.”
Dotson said he wanted to apologize to the woman and said he was working to be one more responsible. “I wish I could take it back,” he said.
