Former Rep. Clayton Luckie released from prison

Former Dayton State Representative Clayton Luckie has been released from prison.

A spokesperson for the Ohio Department of Corrections confirmed Luckie’s release this morning.

Luckie had been convicted of stealing money from his own campaign funds and using them for personal expenses.

He spent three years in prison for money laundering, election falsification and theft.

Luckie had served in the Ohio House of Representatives and on the Dayton Board of Education.
