A 35-year-old Harrison Twp. woman is accused of physically assaulting a patient.

Julie West was indicted last week on one count of patient abuse, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.

She is ordered to appear June 25 for her arraignment June in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

According to the county prosecutor’s office, the alleged abuse happened at Haloran Care facility.
