Hey buddy, you’ve had way too much to drink

Already intoxicated, a 54-year-old man was denied service in a liquor and wine establishment on York Commons Boulevard.

The clerk there took the man’s keys and tried to call a taxi when the man walked out and climbed back into his car, where he promptly fell asleep.

Police discovered him bathed in an odor of alcohol and with a fresh cut on the bridge of his nose, along with blood on his jeans.

The subject had no idea how he had become injured, saying maybe he had been drinking too much.

He asked to go to a hospital. His vehicle was towed.
