“The handcuffs, the hidden zipper, there’s no law against it, they’re allowed to have them but once they use them in a criminal element, is when it becomes illegal,” said Eaton Police officer Tim Smith.
Products are being marketed that are hidden in jacket zippers, or attached to fake coins.
