Gray and Avant Charles Lee, 19, of Kettering, who also was indicted for robbery, are accused in the Oct. 28 robbery at the store at 2300 Miamisburg Centerville Road in Miamisburg.

Neither are in jail.
Lee was issued a summons to appear Dec. 19 for his arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
