Judge: Tim Horton's robber a 'one-man plague'

A Troy man convicted of a Tim Horton's robbery in the city in May was sentenced to 4 years in prison Monday.
Miami County Common Pleas Judge Robert Lindeman called 20-year-old Brandon Brumbaugh "a one man plague on local businesses."
Brumbaugh has a criminal record of thefts of businesses in Miami County, according to court records.
Brumbaugh used a BB gun to commit the robbery at the West Main St. restaurant the night of May 28, 2013. He got away with a small amount of cash, and admitted in court he has a drug problem.
Brumbaugh's partner in the crime, 20-year-old Quontes Atkins, was sentenced last month to two years in prison. He drove the get away car.
