RIVERSIDE – A female driver and her brother erratically drove under, then over the speed limit while making quick turns in their vehicle.
They told police they were lost, and neither was found to have a driver’s license. The car belonged to a sister.
Also in the car was a baggie of marijuana, which the male denied belonging to him. Since it was in his possession, however, he was charged as such and taken to the juvenile detention center.
She was released, but without a license, had to walk home, taking a chance she could find her way better on foot than in a car.
