Selmon was taken into custody around 2 p.m. Tuesday in the 1200 block of Highland Avenue, according to jail records.
He has not been formally charged at this time.
On Tuesday, Moore was found dead on Highland Avenue just as a shooting was reported in the area. Moore was pronounced dead on the scene, but the cause of his death was not immediately known, said police.
