The Craigslist mechanic continues to take the victim’s calls, but said the vehicle (prepaid) was still being worked on at a friend’s garage in Moraine. He failed to give the site.
Police are trying to motivate the guy to return the vehicle by calling him, but he didn’t answer their initial calls.
