Buckel, in the Montgomery County Jail on $750,000 bail, is due in court Nov. 5 on the following charges:
- Aggravated robbery, two felony counts
- Having weapons as a felon, one felony count
- Tampering with evidence, one felony county
- Police will meet with the prosecutor's office on an aggravated robbery charge
Linda Graves, who lives at the Huber Heights address where police said Buckel and two other men burst in late Thursday night, said her son and two of his friends saw one of the invaders drag another one out of the house after the shooting.
According to a Dayton police incident report, the 22-year-old victim told police the man who shot him also took $50 from him. That victim, Cody Storms, is in custody on $50,000 bail pending the filing of a charge of aggravated robbery.
According to online court record, Storms remains in Miami Valley Hospital (he was shot in the lower back) and also is due in court Nov. 5. He is the accused accomplice who drove to New Carlisle after he was shot, police said.
Huber Heights police Sgt. Charles Taylor said, "not often do our suspects shoot one another."
There has been no information about a third suspect believed to have been involved in the incident at the Huber Heights address.
UPDATE @ 12:38 a.m. (Nov. 3):
Huber Heights police said a shooting victim was with two others in a house, attempting a robbery, when he was shot.
According to police, three men went into a Huber Heights house after being invited over by the owner, who was not home at the time. The three went inside to attempt a robbery, and one of the three shot another.
The victim then drove to New Carlisle. He then was taken to Miami Valley Hospital. The severity of his injuries is unknown. Police said they are working to learn who the shooting suspect is and why the man was shot.

UPDATE @ 11:45 p.m. (Nov. 2):
A 20-year-old man was shot inside a house in the 8200 block of Schoolgate Drive in Huber Heights, police said.
Yellow police tape surrounded the front of the house and four vehicles -- two in the driveway and two in the street in front of the house.
A young male was detained in the back seat of a Huber Heights police cruiser, but it was not clear in what way he may was connected to the investigation.
Detectives also are on scene.

The gunshot victim who drove to a home on McAdams Drive in New Carlisle on Thursday night was shot in Huber Heights, according to a Clark County sheriff’s deputy.
The shooting happened in the 8200 block of Schoolgate Drive, the deputy said.
A Huber Heights police dispatcher said there is a fluid criminal investigation but could not say more than that.
FIRST REPORT (Nov. 2)
A man in his mid-20s was shot in the back Thursday night and drove to his parents’ Park Layne home.
The shooting victim, who was alert when crews took him to Miami Valley Hospital, told investigators he was shot in Dayton, possibly on or near Salem Avenue, according to a Clark County sSheriff’s deputy.
The gunshot victim drove with a passenger in a red Mazda four-door sedan from Dayton to the home in the 900 block of McAdams Drive in New Carlisle, deputies said.
Yellow police tape surrounded the home and investigators were checking out the car. The first reports of the incident came around 9:30 p.m. to Clark County, deputies said.
The incident remains under investigation.
