Michael B. Osburn, 22, was caught with methamphetamine during the Nov. 8 incident before school at Ruskin Elementary School, 407 Ambrose Court in Dayton, and charged with felony drug possession, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report and Dayton police.
A warrant was issued for his arrest. He is scheduled for arraignment Jan. 24.
Police say Osburn had a BB gun that was “indistinguishable from a firearm.”
